Terms of Use & Privacy Notice
This page explains the rules for using Hostel Adventures and how we handle personal information. By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the website, you agree to the Terms of Use below.
Last updated: July 26, 2026Terms of Use
1. About Hostel Adventures
Hostel Adventures is a private, adults-only website offering access to protected videos, images, stories, and the RAW / Uncut Archive. Different passes or memberships may provide access to different parts of the website for a limited period.
2. Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to view adult material in your location. By using the website, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Accounts and login details
Your account is personal to you. You must keep your login details private and must not sell, lend, transfer, or share your account with another person.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe somebody else has gained access to it.
4. Access periods
Access is provided for the period stated when it is purchased or granted. Main Portal access and RAW / Uncut Archive access may be separate. Having access to one area does not automatically provide access to the other.
Access normally ends automatically at the displayed expiration date unless it is renewed or extended. Promotional, giveaway, and complimentary access may be subject to additional conditions shown when it is granted.
5. Purchases, renewals, and refunds
Payments may be handled by Patreon or another payment provider. That provider processes your payment information and may apply its own terms, renewal rules, and privacy policy.
The price, access period, and whether a purchase renews automatically will be shown before purchase. Where a recurring membership is cancelled, access may continue until the end of the already-paid period.
Refunds are handled according to applicable law, the payment provider's rules, and the circumstances of the purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
6. Nature of RAW / Uncut content
The RAW / Uncut Archive contains original, minimally edited or unedited recordings. Video length, sound, lighting, framing, and overall quality may vary. These variations are part of the nature of the archive and are not treated as technical defects.
7. Personal viewing only
All protected content is licensed to you only for private, personal viewing during your active access period. Buying access does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.
You must not:
- copy, download, record, reproduce, or redistribute protected content;
- upload or share content on another website, app, cloud service, or social network;
- sell, rent, sublicense, or provide content to another person;
- remove, hide, crop out, or interfere with a watermark;
- bypass access controls, streaming protection, or device restrictions;
- use automated tools to scrape, copy, or systematically access the website.
8. Watermarks and protection
Protected content may include visible branding and a personalized watermark connected to your account, such as your nickname, an account identifier, the website domain, or a date and time. Watermarks are used to discourage unauthorized sharing and to help investigate redistributed content.
9. Security and device controls
We may use sessions, cookies, device limits, access checks, and security logs to protect accounts and content. Access may be blocked when login details appear to be shared, when an account exceeds its permitted device limit, or when suspicious activity is detected.
10. Suspension or termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, its content, its users, or our legal rights. This may include cases involving account sharing, unauthorized redistribution, payment fraud, abusive conduct, attempts to bypass security, or a serious breach of these Terms.
Where appropriate, we may investigate suspected misuse and preserve relevant records. Any rights you have under mandatory consumer law remain unaffected.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep the website available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting problems, security work, or other technical issues may occasionally affect availability.
The content library and website features may change over time. We will not materially reduce an already-purchased time-limited entitlement without a valid reason or any remedy required by applicable law.
12. Intellectual property
The website, videos, images, stories, graphics, branding, and other materials are owned by Hostel Adventures or used with permission. They are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual-property laws.
13. Responsibility and liability
The website is provided for private entertainment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, or problems caused by your device, internet connection, payment provider, or misuse of the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator identified below, without removing any mandatory protections you receive under the laws of your country of residence. Any dispute may be brought before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, legal requirements, or business practices change. The current version and its update date will be published on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or by email where appropriate.

We review stored information and delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed for the purposes described in this Notice.
9. Security
We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal information and protected content. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should also protect your password and devices.

- access to your personal information;
- correction of inaccurate information;
- deletion of information in certain circumstances;
