Staff
The staff are good mates and are usually happy to help you with anything you need.
The overall service feels friendly and easy-going, which fits the hostel atmosphere well and makes check-in or small questions feel simple.
Oki Doki Old Town Hostel Warsaw is a good option if you want a very social atmosphere and a great old town location. It is easy to meet people there, but it is not the place I would choose if you are looking for a more playful or fun-focused room experience.

There is a nice kitchen where you can sit, relax, and have a good conversation with your roommates or other travelers.
There is also a great patio area where you can breathe some fresh air, take a short break from the room, or continue socializing in a more open space.
There are no male-only options here, so you should expect mixed dorms only.
The room planning is quite questionable in my opinion. Each bed has curtains, which gives some privacy, but the overall dorm layout does not feel as strategic or comfortable as in some other hostels.
In the 10-bed rooms, there are ensuite showers, which can be convenient because you do not always need to leave the room area.
There are also a few showers on each floor. These are personal cubics, so you still have private shower space outside of the room as well.
Room access works with RFID cards, which makes the room entry system simple and controlled.
There are also code doors in the building, adding another layer of access control around the hostel.
Prices are high-high, especially compared with many other hostel options in Warsaw.
But the price mostly comes from the awesome location. If staying in the old town area is your priority, the cost becomes easier to understand.
Beds are assigned automatically, so there is no chance to choose your preferred one at check-in. That matters here because the dorm planning is not equally comfortable from every bed.
The curtains around each bed help with privacy, but they also make the room feel more closed and less open. It is practical for sleeping, but not my favorite layout for this kind of hostel stay.
Since all dorms are mixed and beds are assigned automatically, this is not the kind of hostel where you can build your stay around choosing the best bed position.
If you get a more open bed position, the stay can feel more comfortable. But if you get a less practical corner or a more hidden spot, the room may feel a bit disconnected.
The curtains are useful if you want privacy, but they also reduce the open-room feeling that can make some hostel stays more social inside the dorm itself.
The 10-bed rooms have ensuite showers, which is a practical advantage if you care about convenience.
At the same time, a bigger mixed dorm with curtains and automatic bed assignment can feel less predictable, especially if you care about bed position and room overview.
For this hostel, I would focus more on the location and social common spaces rather than expecting the room layout itself to be the highlight.
I recommend Oki Doki Old Town Hostel Warsaw if you want a social atmosphere, friendly staff, and a great location in the old town area. The common spaces are the strongest part of the stay, especially the kitchen and patio. But if you are looking for a more fun room experience, this is not the hostel where you will find it.
