Warsaw Review

Inbed Hostel Warsaw

Inbed Hostel Warsaw is my favorite place to stay if you are looking for a fun and memorable hostel experience with a friendly atmosphere, practical facilities, and some of the best room options in the city.

What Inbed Hostel Warsaw is like

Staff

The staff are very friendly, supportive, and helpful. If something goes wrong, they will do their best to sort it out.

For example, if an uncomfortable guest ends up in your room at night, you can ask to be moved, and they will help if another option is available.

Kitchen & common areas

There is a nice, practical kitchen with everything you need for coffee, tea, or even cooking dinner.

In addition, there are two shared areas: a place to eat and a small living room with a couch and TV, which makes it easy to relax or chat with other guests.

Toilets

There are 4 toilet areas available:

  • male toilet with cabins and urinals
  • female toilet
  • mixed toilet
  • accessible toilet for guests with disabilities

Showers

There are separate shower areas for each gender. Each side has a setup of 3 shower cabins with semi-transparent curtains.

From outside, visibility is very limited, but from the inside you can see much more of the room. Opposite the shower side, there is a wall with sinks and a large full-wall mirror.

Security & safety

Smoking and drinking alcohol are prohibited inside the hostel. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.

There are cameras in the corridors, and guests are asked to fill in personal details at check-in. That adds an extra layer of accountability and helps make the place feel safer.

Price policy

Prices are usually in the medium-low range for dorm rooms.

If you book directly at reception or extend your stay there, you can often get a slightly lower price than on booking platforms.

General room setup

15 rooms in total
4 gender-separated rooms
8 / 10 male-only options

There are 15 rooms in total, from private rooms to 10-bed dorms. Most of the rooms are mixed, but there are also 4 gender-separated rooms available, including 8-bed and 10-bed options.

Beds are not assigned automatically, so you can choose from the available spots when you arrive. Each bed comes with a personal locker and a matching key.

Best bed choices

8-bed male-only room

~19 m²

This room is fairly compact. There are 4 beds on the left side and 4 beds on the right side. No matter which bed you choose, you will usually have 5 beds in view while 2 are more hidden.

In my opinion, the best choices are the lower bunks near the windows, or the beds closer to the exit door.

If you take a bed closer to the door, it is better to lie with your pillow on the opposite side, so your legs face toward the window. That usually feels more comfortable in this room layout.

If the lower bunks are already taken, choose the upper bunks using the same orientation logic.

10-bed male-only room

~26 m²

This room is noticeably bigger than the 8-bed option. The layout is 4 beds on the left side and 6 beds on the right side.

If you choose a bed on the left side, you can have up to 7 beds in your field of view. If you choose the right side, you will usually see around 6 beds at a time.

That means the left side feels a bit more open, while the right side can feel slightly more contained depending on the exact bed you choose.
